Need for Speed Payback Official Release Date

EA has officially announced the date and features that Need for speed payback will be coming with.
Need for Speed Payback Official Release Date

According to a store listing from Amazon US spotted by Gematsu, it seems to be inline with the story-rich predecessors such as Need for Speed Most Wanted, The Run, and Undercover what with car battles, cop pursuits, and set pieces. Rather than finishing first or being the best, the emphasis appears to be on playing out an action driving fantasy akin to Forza Horizon 3 albeit with a larger narrative.

The game is set in Fortune Valley which seems to based on Las Vegas. Borrowing a leaf from Grand Theft Auto V’s playbook, you’ll be able to drive as three different characters against The House which is described as “a nefarious cartel that rules the city’s casinos, criminals and cops”.

Need for Speed Payback for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One is out on November 10. Those subscribing to EA Access should be able to play it from November 2. There’s also the Need for Speed Payback Deluxe Edition as well. Purchasing it allows a three-day early access from November 7.

Banks To Start Charging #50 For ATM Card Maintenance

It well known that hundreds and thousands of people operates the bank using ATM card as it is very easy and fast it's save time, just few days it was announced that commercial banks in the country will start charging ₦50 per month as Naira ATM card maintenance fee starting end of this month.
However, to what many bank customers think, that the charges are uncalled for and consider it a way of tapping money from their customers.

Don't be surprise that prior to now and according to standard, banks have always charged annual ATM card maintenance fee even to the tune of 1,000 annually but many are oblivious of these charges, probably because it is being accumulated and deducted once annually.

For this reason, customers are also unaware that the new card maintenance fee imposed is actually a slash down from the previous fee being deducted annually since banks will now charge ₦50 per month, now entailing annual accumulation of ₦600 per month as against ₦1,000.

Although the little difference now is that customers might now notice monthly deduction of this ₦50 card maintenance fee as against previous years when it was accumulated and deducted once annually.

DON'T MISS...The Real Reason ATM Has Only Four Digits Personal Identification Number.

Never the less foreign currency dominated ATM card maintenance fee will still be charged annually at about $20.

So you don't have to panic, when you start noticing such deductions monthly, you should not be surprise as it is the standard and the new directives issued to commercial banks by CBN. As said.

What do you think about the fee?

YouTube has released this live-streaming feature before but only available to those who have 1,000 subscribers but now, YouTube has changed their rules by dropping all the limit altogether.

This means that you can use the live stream feature even if you don't have a single subscriber. Awesome though! But there are still some requirements: the channel must be verified and must not have faced any live stream restriction in the last 90 days.

Netflix Will No Longer Work On Rooted Android Devices

If you have a rooted Android device, be aware that you may no longer be able to use the Netflix app going forward. The streaming company confirmed that its latest app update will block devices that are not “Google-certified or have been altered” from accessing the mobile service.

While Netflix did not specify why exactly it decided to stop playing nice with rooted devices, the fact that Version 5 of the Netflix app leans on Google’s Widevine digital rights management solution suggests some obvious reasons. As Engadget points out, the purpose of the DRM is to protect media companies from piracy; rooted devices that give users control over the operating system have a greater possibility of circumventing the barrier put forward by the DRM. Though Netflix’s actions may seem well-intentioned, it does negatively impact users who’ve rooted their devices simply for greater control and customization of their phones rather than to bypass security measures.

To see if your device is affected, check the Netflix app on the Google Play Store , and you’ll see whether the app is still compatible. If not, Android Police suggests a workaround of directly downloading Netflix APKs to receive the latest updates on a blocked device.

Google is Testing a new UI To Update Its Search Engine

In recent leaks, Google is currently testing a new user interface for its Search engine. Even YouTube is currently under-going all-white colorless User interface testing. I still don't know the reasons for all these, if you should ask me.
we
Google is scraping off all colors from its search engine, making it just black and white UI. Below picture is the old design of Google search engine in Search app.

While below is the new design in Search app.

And last is the new design in web search. (Browser).

The new design removes the blue link color, as well as the green color for page categories/directories. Google tried something similar last year on the desktop, and people weren't happy about it then either. As you can see in the third screenshot, the design also applies to the web search.

Am i the only one who feels the old design is the best for now? For me, i still prefer the old Google search UI; it's colorful and has more features than the new design. I just don't understand why Google feels the need to do this. Can someone just tell Google to leave the old design alone.

Instagram Plans To Introduce Multiple Photo Posts

If you've ever wanted to feature more than one pix on Instagram in the identical put up, like an album of sorts, properly, then you will be very satisfied to read about the social community's next feature. Instagram is on the brink of allowing multi-picture posts.

The function is presently been tested in Instagram's beta app for Android, though some people are seeing it already in the non-beta app.

It's uncertain how long it will take for this to roll out to each and every Instagram user out there, however after you get it you will be capable of long faucet on a picture in your gallery to enter a multi-select mode to be able to allow you to choose other pix, up to 10 in total, to enter that one submit. After this, you may add your selected filters to every image one after the other, after which submit the whole choice as an album to your timeline. Those who comply with you may see one image inside the publish, but can get to the others by means of swiping horizontally.

If you aren't using the beta app, you'll be capable of choosing a couple of pics and edit them, however seeking to submit the ensuing album will continually fail with an error. With a bit of luck the testing goes nicely and would not take lengthy, and the multi-picture posting capability will be available to every person using Instagram soon.

Checkout This Battery That Has Fire Extinguisher

Battery with Built-in fire extinguisher has now been developed by researchers. After Samsung Galaxy note 7 was on fire last year, they were expected to release the cause of the explosion but Reuters said the battery was the cause of the explosion which means the battery used in making Samsung Galaxy note 7 was totally fake or vague.
Lithium-Ion gets very hot when in use and in some cases can cause the battery to explode or catch fire.
So researchers at Stanford may have find solution and has developed battery with their own fire extinguishers.

The researchers said in an article;
"If the battery gets too hot, a
protective layer with flame retardant
properties would melt and pout out
fires almost as soon as they could
start". The material used is triphenyl phosphate or TPP.
Meanwhile, using TPP inside a battery can take a toll on the performance of the battery. So the new method puts TPP into a protective shell that keeps it separate from the battery until temperatures are high enough to melt the shell.

Of course! This is the best solution to prevent an exploding phone to cause a serious damage but a better
solution might also be found to keep battery temperatures from rising to dangerous levels in the
first place.

so what do you think about this..just shoot your comment below and dont forget to share this blog

Facebook plans To Start PayingYou To Upload Videos.

Facebook wants to show more ads to people who watch its videos and start making money for the people who supply it with those videos.

Industry sources say the social network is going to start testing a new “mid-roll” ad format, which will give video publishers the chance to insert ads into their clips after people have watched them for at least 20 seconds.
For now, Facebook will sell the ads and share the revenue with publishers, giving them 55 percent of all sales. That’s the same split offered by YouTube, which dominates the online video ad business.
If the new ads take off, they could represent the first chance many video publishers have had to make real money from the stuff they’ve been running on Facebook.

Facebook began moving aggressively to show videos to its users a couple of years ago, and by 2016 said those users were watching 100 million hours per day. But unlike almost everyone else in the ad business, CEO Mark Zuckerberg has forbidden “pre-roll” video ads, which run before a clip starts.
That means that most publishers have seen little or no ad revenue from the clips they show on Facebook, even though many are spending considerable resources trying to build up a video presence there. That stance has also discouraged some Facebook publishers, like sports leagues, from putting valuable content on the network.

Last year, Facebook started allowing publishers to create videos sponsored by advertisers, which has allowed some publishers — most notably Buzzfeed’s Tasty unit — to generate significant ad dollars. Sources say that decision came after BuzzFeed executives complained to Facebook executives that they weren’t making enough money from Facebook video.

Facebook has also tried other experiments to create advertising opportunities for publishers. In 2015, it created a separate video section and allowed some publishers to share revenue from standalone video ads it ran there. Last year, it also began testing mid-roll ads in live videos.
The plan Facebook is trying now could have the biggest impact, since it includes all kinds of videos throughout the network — most crucially in the News Feed, its primary distribution mechanism.
A Facebook rep declined to comment. But last fall, Facebook VP Dan Rose, who runs the company’s content operations, told Poynter that he expected to talk about expanding the mid-roll ads it was trying in live videos to more video formats “early next year.”

The parameters of the new ads also suggest that Facebook is placing more importance on the time people spend watching videos, rather than the total number of videos they watch.
Up until now, Facebook has defined a “video view” as any time a user watches a clip for a minimum of three seconds. That’s been a source of controversy in the media business, especially since Facebook automatically plays videos when they show up in users’ feeds.

But the new Facebook ads can only run once a viewer has watched a clip for at least 20 seconds. And they can also only appear in videos that run for at least 90 seconds. In other words, Facebook is telling publishers that in order to make money, they need to make clips that go on for a while and keep users’ attention.

So what do you think about the new development.Lets hear from you.

REASONS WHY ANDROID OS WILL BE ALWAYS POPULAR THAN APPLE IOS

Google's Android OS currently holds about 83% market share of Mobile devices, that's a huge margin compared to what Apple holds.
I'll give you 10 reasons why Android Devices will always be more popular than iOS powered phones.

              1. Variety
There are different brands of Android phones. This variety gives users a lot to choose from. Some have amazing camera quality, others are beasts with amazing specifications. In iOS you're tied down to only Apple. You can only choose from the devices they have which are obviously limited.

              2. Target Market
The Android OS has devices that covers every country .Google has covered virtually every country on earth and can easily detect common habits and behavioral patterns of mobile phone users in any country making it easier for them to know the best devices and features that'll work in a specific region. As for Apple, they simply lack that ability .

              3. Flexibility and Control
Android gives you the freedom to do what ever you want with your phone. You can root Android devices with the touch of a button, Change your phone's UI by installing a launcher, flashing a Custom ROM or using Xposed Modules. In iOS you hardly have any control without jailbreaking the phone. Even after jailbreaking the device, there are still limits to things you can do.

              4. Connectivity
There are a variety of ways to transfer files in Android Devices. You can use Bluetooth , Xender , HotKnot, NFC and more to receive apps, music, photos and other media files. iOS on the other hand forces you to download music from iTunes and you cannot even collect music from someone via Bluetooth because some iPhones don't have Bluetooth support.

              5.Budget And Cost Of Devices

Android has different phones that cut across every sector of any country's economy. There are phones for the High Class, Middle Class and Low Class. By reducing the cost of production for some devices, Android devices are able to meet the budget of almost everyone. Let's take smartphones in Nigeria as an example.

INFINIX, Tecno and Itel are owned and operated by the same company but each of these devices take care of the needs of a particular class of people. iTel devices are mostly targeted at the low income earners, while Tecno and Infinix take care of the average and high income earners.

This strategy has enabled these phones have a larger market share if devices in Nigeria. This is the same method all Android OEMs are using all over the world to cover every part of any country they're targeting. However , Apple devices are stuck to the price that Apple has set. iPhones are targeted at high income earners.

              6. Availability Of Repair Centres
Nobody wants to use a phone that can't be fixed when it has a fault. Many Android devices can be fixed by third-party repair centers or personnel quite easily as their parts are readily available. The cost of repair is also relatively affordable. THE REASON WHY SAMSUNG S7 DO EXPLODE

Samsung’s Note 7 release and subsequent is quickly becoming a legendary blunder in the smartphone industry. The Korean electronics giant is still conducting an internal investigation of the battery fires that plagued this device during its short life. But manufacturing technology company Instrumental has gotten its hands on a Note 7 to do a detailed third-party analysis. The verdict? Samsung’s aggressive design tolerances are the culprit, not the battery itself.

The Note 7 was getting universally excellent reviews several months ago as it hit the market. However, it wasn’t long before Samsung’s fortunes took a turn for the worse. Reports of battery fires started accumulating by the dozen until Samsung had to admit there was something wrong with the Note 7. Carriers stopped selling the device and Samsung started a recall program to replace phones. The new batteries in these replacement phones didn’t stop the fires, though. After less than two months on sale, Samsung discontinued the Note 7 and began the process of refunding buyers in order to collect all outstanding phones.

That made it difficult for Instrumental to get its hands on a Note 7, but it managed to track one down. With the phone (and a fire extinguisher) in hand, it tore the device down in hopes of learning what made it so volatile. The engineers at Instrumental claim that Samsung’s aggressive pursuit of high battery capacity and sleek, compact design were at odds and caused an unacceptably high failure rate.

Samsung packed a 3500mAh battery into a very small space in the Note 7. It apparently intended to protect it internally with the help of a CNC-machined pocket. However, the battery simply did not have enough clearance. A lithium ion battery should have 0.5mm of clearance on all sides, but in order to push the Note 7’s design, there was as little as 0.1mm of clearance on the top and 0.3mm on the side.

This is important because lithium-ion batteries swell slightly during normal use. If there’s enough space, the battery won’t be damaged. However, the Note 7’s battery would have been compressed during use, or even from slight flexing of the device (such as being in your pocket while you sit down). The battery itself was already extremely dense, with the positive and negative electrodes separated by a thin polymer layer. The pressure exerted by the casing as the battery expanded could easily be enough to bring the electrodes into contact, leading to high heat generation and fire.

The gist of Instrumental analysis is simply that Samsung pushed the design too far. If the battery had a bit more space, there might not have been any issues. Replacing the battery with identical units in the first recall didn’t address the fundamental design issues, so the fires continued. Samsung has yet to release its own findings, so we’ll have to wait and see if its engineers agree.
